Returns
We appreciate your business and hope you love everything you’ve purchased. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will be happy to take the items back within 14 days of you receiving your order. Here are a few things to keep in mind…
- All eligible returns are for store credit only. NO REFUNDS will be issued. Store credit will be issued for purchase amount minus shipping costs.
- Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and the reason for your return inside your package.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. Absolutely no returns will be accepted.
- If for some reason you receive a defective item or a different item than you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us the details at oldhomesteadmarket@gmail.com, or call us at 402-694-3400. We will do our very best to make it right for you.
- Please return your items using the shipping carrier of your choice. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you get a tracking number and insure your return package. Homestead is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
When will my return be processed?
Please allow 4-5 business days from the day we receive your items to process your return. Allow extra time for holidays.
You will receive your store credit via email once we have inspected and approved your returned items. Store credits expire 1 year from issue date!
